ADDENDUM TO HULL DAMAGE WAIVER HORIZON YACHT CHARTERS, NEW YEAR’S EVE 2011
Please note that if you choose to anchor at Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke, White Bay, JVD or Little Harbour, JVD on the nights of December 30th and/or December 31st, 2011 or at Trellis Bay on the night of December 31st 2011 you do so at your own risk. This does not mean that you will not be covered by our insurance but you will be responsible for all damage to your yacht or loss of dinghy up to 2% deductible of the hull value whether it is caused by you, or by a “Hit and Run”. You will be asked to sign a New Years Eve addendum on arrival at the BVI base.
We suggest that you pick up a mooring buoy at either Soper’s Hole, West End Tortola or Cane Garden Bay, Tortola and take the various water taxis that are available to go to/from Jost Van Dyke to enjoy the New Year’s Eve festivities there. Have fun and remember, stay safe - don't drink and drive, designate your dinghy driver and ALWAYS use your dinghy light and flashlight at night and keep your speed down.
