Grenada welcomes a 2006 Leopard 4000 – This award winning 4 cabin, 2 head catamaran has great ventilation and abundant light. The cockpit is very well designed with 360 degree visibility from the helm and with a fully opening salon door, it can easily integrate with the galley and salon creating one very large living space.

BVI welcomes a 2008 Voyage 500 – this bright and extremely spacious catamaran sleeps 8 in comfort and style. All four cabins have the luxury of an en-suite with shower, ensuring complete privacy for couples aboard. A fifth double cabin can also be found between the two forward cabins. A modern galley and saloon, along with a sophisticated navigation system, completes the look.

Annapolis Base Opens its Doors to Business!

Horizon Yacht Charters has now officially expanded into the American market.  Managing Director, Kenny Feld, along with the founding directors, Sylvia Driver and Andrew Thompson, welcomed a whole host of industry partners, the media, yacht owners as well as  members of the general public, to celebrate the opening of the new office.

The base in Yacht Haven Marina in Eastport, Maryland, will serve as the U.S. arm of  Bavaria Yachts and charter guests will have a choice of Bavaria boats in the 2011 Cruiser range.

The base is also an American Sailing Association (ASA) accredited sailing school, offering instruction to those wanting to learn to sail or wanting to improve on their sailing skills.  A comprehensive yacht management programme is also available.

Durley Dene, Bavaria 36 – Perfect five at 2011 BVI Spring Regatta

Durley Dene, a Bavaria 36 in the Horizon Yacht Charters fleet in the BVI, won its class with five wins in the 40th anniversary BVI Spring Regatta which took place April 1 – 3.  Durley Dene, crewed by staff, family and friends of Horizon Yacht Charters and the smallest yacht in her class, won each race by minutes not seconds, beating other yachts up to seven feet larger.
